Does Silvara buy or own the vehicle?
No. Silvara holds no inventory and never takes title. The buying dealer makes the offer and title passes directly between the two dealers. We arrange it, document it, confirm the payment and book the carrier.
What is The Matcher, and do I log into it?
The Matcher is our in-house matching agent. It scores each unit against our dealer partners' buying criteria and shortlists who it fits.
It is internal, so there is nothing to log into. Our team confirms every match and every number before it reaches you.
Do you work with US buyers?
Yes. Alongside buying dealers in all ten provinces, we work with registered importers in the United States. Where a unit makes sense to export, they are part of the match.
Cross-border rules have changed more than once in 2026 and differ by vehicle, so we check the position on your specific unit before you commit.
How are you paid?
A flat fee per deal, agreed with you before anything moves and invoiced separately from the vehicle. No retainer and no search fee, and nothing is owed if we do not place or find the unit.
How fast do I get a number?
Same business day for requests received during business hours, Central Time. Anything arriving late in the day comes back the next morning, including when the answer is that we cannot help.
What vehicles do you work with?
A wide range. We do our best work with export-ready domestic trucks and SUVs, clean retail units that finance well, and highline vehicles.
